flosso ("we", "us", "our") operates flosso.health and, once launched, the flosso mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We use MailBluster, a third-party email platform, to store and manage this list.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use flosso.health, including pages viewed, approximate location (city or country level), device type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; see Google’s own privacy policy for how it handles that data.
Hosting data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log standard technical data (IP address, request timestamps) for security and performance purposes, independent of anything we configure.
We use your email address to send you updates about flosso’s launch and, if you choose to use the app once it’s available, product communications. We use aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve the site and understand what’s working. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
flosso.health uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link). To make a request, email [email protected].
flosso.health is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll remove it.
We may update this policy as flosso grows, especially once the app launches and collects additional data, like flossing streaks and reminder settings. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
